And work them I did. Prior max was 185. I went 135, 155, 165, 175, 190 (fail), 185 ,187 ,190 (fail)
So I added a massive 2lbs to my PR. I'll take it.
Petranak baseline - 4:42. felt good, other than the row in my non-sneakers. Need to bring those in next time.
