Chain Back Squats 8x2

10 days ago or so we did the same.


That day I started at 165 and worked up to 200. I have been feeling better, so today I tried to up it. Started at 185 and added 10 each time. At 225 I was max effort and started to feel that nagging injury. So I went down to 215 the rest of the way. Still - my avg of 209 is 19# more than last time, and 44# more than the first go round. That is pretty good.


Some more diligent stretching and a few less trips to Vegas and I should keep improving.
