#1-run 800m and then for the rest of 7 minutes do as many pullups as possible. Got 42
#2-jump right in to Sn grip push press. 21 minutes for a max. Got 200. Felt good and maybe could have gotten 10 more.
#3- amrap of 11 kb/ 7 ring dips. I got 5 rounds.
