Too tired for a video entry.
OH Squats:
Form was poor on the OH. However, each set seemed to improve whether I added weight or not.
Next time - warm up longer and with the bar before getting going. It just takes me a while to be ready for that. I cannot change clothes and OH squat.
Intervals:
Row 1 min then immediately either C&J with dumbbells or do burpees for 2 minutes.
I did 2 rounds of each. Sucks the life out of you. But in a good way.
