Came back to work a little met con.
400m run
20 kb swings
20 db thrusters
Goal 5 rounds
Only did 3, as my lower back tightened up.
But then - out of the blue - progress on muscle ups
Before the wod I had 1 fail and 1 good muscle up.
After the wod - 12 in a row with no fails - in about 10 minutes.
Within the week I will do 30 muscle ups for time- goal - 20 minutes - book it!
