Strict Press, Metcon, Dips

WOD 1 - 12 minutes to find 1 rep max strict press: 180 today. Shoulder is sore. Add that to the list.

WOD 2 - 5 rounds of 5 press (135#) and 10 box jump (24"): 4:35

WOD 3. Weighted dips. Worked up to +80# .
