Back Squats then 400m x4

Boy am I falling apart in 2011. My knee still hurts and my right shoulder has soreness behind it. Really limited my rack position.

Back Squat x 2 - 255

400m (More like 440) Sprints (er, Jogs) 1:59, 2:00, 2:02, 1:57
