Overhead Squats

Wider stance + wider grip on the bar = better results for me. I had never done more than the 45# bar due to inflexible shoulders and back. Today, Chris S, Soni and Coach gave me some cues and things clicked. Much better.

Worked all the way up to 100. 105 went wrong, and then I proceeded to drop the bar off my head while dumping it. Thankfully Jerry had no interest in catching video of me today.
