Recuperation Day

As in ouch - I still cannot sit down, go up or (someone help me) down stairs without some solid leg pain.

God knows that O/H squats and snatch balance are 2 things I need to get working on. Just not going to be today.
Maybe I will post Chad's results just to show that I still care.

I will be back tomorrow ready to absorb a Veteran's Day beat down.
