Pre-Break push

WOD - Power cleans, Lou Lateral Burpees and 400m runs. 4 rounds, alternating ladder 12, 9, 6, 3

Elite weight was 155# for the Power cleans. 3 people earlier in the day upped the ante and did 165#. Who better to try this than Vinnie and I. I was toying with the idea but then had no choice when Vinnie loaded his bar up.

Anyway, my time was not the fastest - 19:18, but I felt great sense of accomplishment doing all 30 cleans at Elite plus 10 pounds.

I am out for the break. See you all on Monday.
