I went light Pack weight this time 95# to try and increase the met-con aspect. That backfired. I could have done 105 or 115 and likely gotten in just as many rounds. The pull ups and high box jumps are what got me. That said, I liked doing the snatches at 95. I felt like I was getting under the bar a little and that I was not having to press it out at all. I guess with 95# that better be true.
1 more WOD and then T'giving and a week off. Sounds nice.
