11/4 - Recovery Day

Arms and shoulders are toasty from yesterday. So let's not call it rest. This is straight-up recovery.


  1. Get ready to HULK out on Saturday brother!

  2. I just paid my $30. So there is no backing out now. If the max rep move is snatch, I will be sad because it is very much technique and I am still slowly getting it. Deadlift, clean or clean and jerk can be ripped up with power and anger, which I will bring with.

    I am sure that the couplet or triplet will do me in. Just going to do my best.
