OHS, hspu, Lsit

Monday 1/31:

A triple WOD day.
1 rep OHS - 145# which was a 10# pr. My shoulder range is limited and so am I. The bar it out front and I have to arch my back to compensate. This is ugly.

ladder up of hspu and t2b. 12 minutes. Right in my wheelhouse. 11+ rounds. That was hard but fun.

Lsit - on dumbells. Terrible. Could not do them.

I need to work those weaknesses.
