Ring hspu and push press metcon

wod1.)12 min to find press x 1

alt-wod1.) ONE advanced HSPU (advanced for you) every 30 sec for 12 min.

wod2.) 16min amrap 8 ring pushup, 8 push press (75w,115m) 8 box jump (24″)

WOD 1 – Had to take it upside down. 15 ring hspu. 4 in the first 2 minutes then 11 more on the minute. Took a while to get used to them.
WOD 2 – 8 2/3 rounds. I was fried.
