Front Squats x2 then Tabata Front Squats

Given the screaming pain that my legs felt just 19 hours ago doing row intervals, I am lucky I could do anything. No less PR for 1 rep on front squats - I finally got that 225 for 1. Missed the second rep, so 215 x2.

Then tabata front squats. 50% of your 2 rep. I used 110. And got 44 reps. Rounds ranged from 8 to one with a measly 4 reps. Not a great showing.
