Warm up with back squat x2 then do 20 reps without racking it at about 80%. Called breathing squats, because by the end, you are doing more breathing than squatting.
I warmed up to 225x2. Could have done more, but I was holding back for the set of 20. Next time 250x2.
175x20. I was lightheaded but the weight was bearable. Did the first 10 with no trouble. This was not a real struggle. But I still felt awful afterwards. Next time 195x20.
