A terrible day of work after the holiday weekend trip. I was lazy down in FL over the weekend, and now I am lazy + busy at work.
I realized that I was so busy I skipped breakfast, lunch and dinner. FAIL. Just snacked at my desk. Zero fruit or veg for the day.
At 9pm I left work and went to do some interval rows.
Week 3, interval wod 1 : 2x200m rest 90sec between (stay within 2 sec of best time to date), 2x400m rest 2 minutes between (stay within 3 sec of best time to date) 1x800 (stay within 4 sec of best time to date).
