For time. 9/7/5 of muscle ups and push jerks (165#)

I did singles on the muscle ups with no rest between them. I was guarding my shoulder from the violent swing back on the way down. My shoulder was hurt a month ago doing muscle ups and this was the first time I have tried them at all since. Between losing 6 pounds, my mobility wods, and the rest - I had no trouble at all. Missed one rep out of 21.
Push Jerks. It is crazy that 165 is now 8# more than I weight, and I still basically push press this weight. I love that.
All in all a WOD in my wheelhouse. Fun day.
