1 - HSPU wod1.) 12 minutes of HSPU (advanced for you) - I chose to do regular old hspu but do at least 3 a minute and really go for it at the start. I was able to to 5,5,10,21,5,5,3,3,3,3,3,3 = 74 in 12 minutes. Currently 21 would be the most consecutive strict hspu at cfot - for now.

wod2.) 5 rounds: 10 ring pushups (HTFU flash/turn the rings out at the top), 15 kb swing, 20 box jump

12:59. I used a 24" box jump, and kind of struggled through.
